Important Volunteer Notes

• All volunteer applicants must be 18 years of age or older, and hold (or be willing to obtain a current Police Record Check for those working with the youth. Our process consists of an application, an interview, review of volunteer guidelines, and reference checks. We provide orientation and training for all positions.  Specific training is required for all front line volunteers.

• Our volunteer application process is designed to select dedicated individuals committed to our mission. The process includes submitting an application, participating in an interview, reviewing our volunteer guidelines, and undergoing reference checks. These steps are crucial in maintaining a secure and supportive environment for the youth.

• Upon acceptance, volunteers will undergo a comprehensive orientation program. Front line volunteers, in particular, will receive specific training to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
